Ajani is Nigerian (Ibo) for “Warrior that
strongly survives the battle”. We had no idea when we named him that he would
live up to his name as he was born with a severe case of excema. I don’t
see the excema when I look into the eyes of this beautiful little boy. Being a
mother helps me understand my mother and her mother and her mother and why Mommies
are a necessary life source/force in this world. We love the children unconditionally,
build their confidence and raise them to lead our nations as they are this world’s
future.
